North Hall Meeting Space Daily Rental and Capacities

Banquet capacity based on 15 square feet per person with 5’ round tables. Rectangular tables will figure 12 square feet per person.

Classroom capacity based on 20 square feet per person.

Special risers or staging needs may alter capacities. Call the Director of Event Services office to verify room capacities and capabilities.

Rental Rates: include lighting, heating and/or air conditioning, water as installed and chairs. All other labor, supplies and equipment are considered additional expenses and will be charged as rates outlined in the equipment, staffing and services sheets.

Move-In/Move-Out and rehearsal dates are calculated at sixty percent (60%) of the normal rental rates.
