What are the VBC Box Office hours?
The VBC Box Office is open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. The Box Office is also open during nights and weekends at least 2 hours before the start time of ticketed events.
What time will the doors open for an event?
Doors typically open 1 hour before show time.
What is the policy for “camping out” for an onsale?
The VBC will allow you to camp out no sooner than 24 hours before the onsale. For example, if a concert goes on sale at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday you may start lining up at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
Does my young child need a ticket?
Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, if you would like the child to have his/her own seat, you must purchase a ticket for that child. Some shows targeting young children require that all children over the age of one have a ticket. Age requirements are usually listed with the ticket information on the VBC or Ticketmaster website.
What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event is cancelled please return to the point of purchase for a refund. If a show is postponed, tickets for the original event date will be honored. If you are unable to attend the event on the new date please return to the point of purchase for a refund.
Will a show be cancelled due to bad weather?
All shows at the VBC are “Rain or Shine” events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed (i.e. blizzard or hurricane). Rain and snow are not considered inclement weather. For questions about an event cancellation due to weather, please call 256.533.1953.
What is the policy on accessible seating?
The VBC follows regulations set forth by the ADA. Under ADA policy, 4 companion seats may be purchased when buying an accessible seat. Due to limited availability of accessible seating, purchasing tickets in advance is recommended. Accessible seating may be purchased at the VBC Box Office, www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 and any Ticketmaster outlet. How do I pick-up my tickets when they are to be left at will call?
Tickets will be available to pick up at will call 2 hours before show time at the VBC Box Office. Please bring proper ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your confirmation number if ordered through Ticketmaster.
Can I bring food or beverages into the VBC?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena. The Von Braun Center offers a wide variety of food and beverages available at the concession stands.
Do you accept credit and/or debit cards or do I need cash?
The VBC does accept credit/debit cards at all Concession outlets.
Are there any military/group/student discounts available?
Discounts vary by show. Please view the ticket price information on our website at “Purchase Tickets” or call 256.533.1953 for more information.
Can I purchase tickets at the VBC Box Office for events at other venues?
While the VBC Box Office works off of the Ticketmaster system, they do not have the ability to sell tickets for events taking place at other venues. To purchase tickets at other venues, please visit the nearest Ticketmaster outlet.
