Does my young child need a ticket?

Age requirements are typically listed with the ticket information on the VBC website or Ticketmaster website. However, most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. If you would like the child to have his/her own seat, you must purchase a ticket for that child. Some shows targeting young children require that all children over the age of one have a ticket.

What happens if an event is canceled or postponed?

If an event is canceled please return to the point of purchase for a refund. If an event is postponed, tickets for the original event date will be honored. If you are unable to attend the event on the new date please return to the point of purchase for a refund.

Will a show be canceled due to bad weather?

All shows at the VBC are “Rain or Shine” events. VBC officials work directly with the National Weather Service and Huntsville Emergency Management to monitor and adapt to ever changing weather conditions. For questions about an event cancellation due to weather, please call 256-533-1953.  If you are concerned about weather, you may cancel your tickets for a refund PRIOR to the show, but no refunds will be issued after a show.

What is the policy on accessible seating?
