The Von Braun Center is committed to ensuring all guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and accessible experience. Our ADA-compliant facilities and trained staff make it easy for visitors of all abilities to attend events, access amenities, and participate fully in VBC experiences.

VBC has multiple accessible entry points with clear signage, ramps, and automated doors for ease of access.

Accessible Parking

Handicap parking is available in all VBC lots, but spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Restrooms distributed throughout all venues, compliant with ADA standards, and equipped for all guests.

Accessible Seating

Seating is provided per ADA guidelines, with options to request assistance.

Note: For Mars Music Hall, Ticketmaster may not include specific accessible seating options when you purchase tickets. Mars does offer accessible seating for every show. Please let Mars staff know when you arrive at a performance that you need accessible seating, and they will direct you to the location.

Service Animals & Support Animals

Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted inside the venue. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed.

Sensory Inclusive Features

VBC partners with KultureCity to provide sensory-inclusive experiences. Sensory bags include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and cue cards. Guests can request these resources via Guest Services.
