Photography & Videography Notice
Please note: House Photographers capture pictures and videos during events. Attendee’s images may be used in connection with the advertising and promotion of the Von Braun Center and Artists/Entertainers/Event Planners. By entering the VBC building, you consent to your photograph being used, without compensation, for use in any and all media; and you release the VBC from any liability whatsoever of any nature. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a staff member or the photographer know.

As part of the Alabama Open Meetings Act, Alabamians have open access to agencies, boards, commissions, and other governmental bodies which conduct the people’s business.
2026 VBC Board of Control Meeting Calendar:
Board Meetings occur at noon on the third Thursday of every month within the VBC Boardroom.

*Special Board Meeting called for Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. to discuss proposal for creek electrical busduct project.
