Hours:

VBC Box Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

VBC Box Office Additional Hours: 2 hours prior to start time of a ticketed event.

Tickets will be available to pick up at the designated box office 2 hours prior to show time. Please bring proper ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets, and your confirmation number, if ordered through Ticketmaster.

Note: Tickets for Mars Music Hall shows will only be available at the Mars box office 2 hours prior to showtime; otherwise, they will be at the VBC box office.

All shows at the VBC are “Rain or Shine” events. Only in extreme inclement weather are events cancelled or postponed (i.e. blizzard or hurricane). Rain and snow are not considered inclement weather.

If an event is cancelled please return to the point of purchase for a refund. If a show is postponed, tickets for the original event date will be honored. If you are unable to attend the event on the new date please return to the point of purchase for a refund.

The VBC follows regulations set forth by the ADA. Under ADA policy, 3 companion seats may be purchased when buying an accessible seat. Due to limited availability of accessible seating, purchasing tickets in advance is recommended. Accessible seating may be purchased at the VBC Box Office, or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. This is lap seating, if you would like the child to have his/her own seat you must purchase a ticket for that child. Some shows require that all children over the age of one have a ticket. Age requirements are typically listed with the ticket info on the Von Braun Center website & Ticketmaster website.

Discounts vary by event. Please view the ticket price information on our website or call the administration office at 256-533-1953 for more information. Tickets may only be purchased in person at the VBC Box Office or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

The VBC will allow you to camp out a maximum of 24 hours before the on sale time.
