(Huntsville, AL) – The most wonderful time of the year is upon us! The holidays bring traditions and a favorite Huntsville tradition is the Christmas Parade. Join us for a press conference to discuss the 2018 Mix 96.9 Von Braun Center Huntsville Christmas Parade presented by Redstone Federal Credit Union.
At the press conference, we will be announcing this year’s Grand Marshall who will be leading this year’s parade! We will also give details about this year’s theme…Santa’s Workshop! Floats will be judged on their display in accordance with the theme for a chance to win a cash prize!
The press conference will be held Tuesday, September 4 in the VBC Propst Arena Lobby at 10 am. The public and media are all invited to join as representatives from both the VBC and Mix 96.9 will speak along with Santa Clause himself!
This year’s parade will be Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at 6 pm and is sure to be the best one yet! The route will wind through the heart of Downtown Huntsville. Below is a map of this year’s route.
