HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (April 27, 2026) – The Von Braun Center (VBC) is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website, offering an enhanced, user-friendly experience for guests, event planners, and the community. The new site represents the next step forward following the VBC’s 50th anniversary celebration – building on decades of memories while looking ahead to the future.

Designed with the guest experience in mind, the new website makes it easier than ever to explore upcoming events, plan visits, and discover everything the VBC has to offer. With improved navigation, streamlined content, and a fresh visual identity inspired by the bold energy of the VBC’s 50th campaign, the site reflects the organization’s continued evolution alongside the City of Huntsville.

“This new website is more than a redesign – it’s a reflection of who we are today and where we’re going,” said Samantha Nielsen, VBC Director of Marketing & Public Relations. “We wanted to create something that truly captures the energy and versatility of the VBC. Through dynamic visuals, real-event imagery, and interactive tools, guests and event planners can now experience our spaces and navigate our campus before they even arrive. It’s all part of making every step – from discovery to event day – feel effortless.”

Bringing the Experience to Life Before Guests Even Arrive

The new website introduces several enhanced features designed to improve both the guest and planner experience. Visitors can more easily discover upcoming events, navigate the site on any device, and access streamlined planning resources for hosting events at the VBC.

A major focus of the redesign is bringing the VBC experience to life through dynamic visuals and immersive media. The site features extensive photo galleries, video, and real-event imagery that showcase each venue across a variety of event types – helping guests and planners better understand the spaces before they arrive. An interactive campus map further enhances the experience, allowing users to easily explore venue locations and navigate the VBC campus with confidence.

The website also expands content highlighting local partnerships, nearby attractions, and the VBC’s role as a central hub in downtown Huntsville.

“As Huntsville continues to grow, so does the VBC’s impact,” added Nielsen. “This new website ensures we’re not only keeping pace, but continuing to deliver the kind of experiences our guests and clients expect.”

The launch of the new website serves as a natural continuation of the VBC’s “Your Place Through Time” campaign, reinforcing its role as a cornerstone of Huntsville’s cultural, entertainment, and event landscape.

The VBC partnered with Lifted Logic on the design and development of the new website, following a competitive selection process focused on creating a highly customized, user-focused experience. The site’s visual identity continues the bold branding and color palette introduced during the VBC’s 50th anniversary campaign, developed by local agency Red Sage. Visual content throughout the site also features work from local photographers, helping showcase the VBC and the Huntsville community through an authentic, on-the-ground perspective.

Visitors are encouraged to explore the new site and discover upcoming events, plan their next visit, or learn more about hosting an event at the VBC.
